Royal Bank to sell US insurance division to Athene Holding for $628.1 million

The Canadian Press – TORONTO – Bermuda-based reinsurer Athene Holding Ltd. says it will acquire Liberty Life Insurance, a U.S division of Royal Bank of Canada (TSX:RY), for $628.1 million.
