Canpotex to sell US$2.2-billion of Canadian potash to Sinofert under 3-yr deal

The Canadian Press – TORONTO – The Canpotex potash marketing cartel owned by PotashCorp (TSX:POT), Agrium Inc. (TSX:AGU) and Mosaic Co. (NYSE:MOS), will sell more than three million tonnes of the crop nutrient over three years to Sinofert for US$2.2 billion.
